Hi, I’m Megan.

And this is my story of how I quit my 9-5 and built a $7M short-term rental investing biz.

I quit my job after 10 years of Corporate America. I could no longer take it leaving my family each day, being stuck in a capped salary with no growth, and NO free time. Something had to change so we sold our house and started buying Short Term Rentals.

As I started buying short-term rentals I was lost and it was very stressful, gut-wrenching, knowing what to do or how to get started.

That’s why I started SLO Vacay!

I wanted to make it easy for other people to get into the real estate game and not be afraid of getting started! If I can help one person build up enough cash flow to walk away from an unfulfilling job that is why I am here on this earth!
